At Jump-In LifeSkills, we strive to build up kids and young adults with lost and missing skills that impact a generation. We instill an “I Can Do It” attitude as they learn to use tools, to problem solve, and to diagnose life’s challenges. We build up skills in a wide range of areas and instill confidence, competence, character, integrity, and a strong moral compass. At the same time, we tie in a basic Biblical message teaching how the Lord is in all things. Participants will actually build something of value and see the work of their hands. In the process of learning and building something fun and useful, they learn and grow in multiple important skills.

The struggle for today’s youth is that life skills training has virtually disappeared from the American educational landscape. For this and other reasons, today’s kids and young adults are being sent out into the world ill-prepared to handle life’s challenges. Equipping youth with knowledge and the training to apply it in life is the focus of the Jump-In LifeSkills program.

We automatically provide an email receipt for every donation, and a hard-copy receipt sent in the post mail for any donation over $250.
