You don’t have to go on a long trip out of the city for a true survival camping experience. Canby Grove is close to the town of Canby, but is situated on the Molalla river with a forest of old Growth Trees. The setting provides the feeling you drove for hours to find your perfect survival space.
• Father figures and the children they influence are welcome to be apart of this great weekend.
• Any age is welcome: Father’s are responsible for the sole care of their children. Suggested age is 6+.
• You and your child(ren) will put together a shelter, make a fire, cook your meals, and learn basic survival skills through challenging scenarios. It’s a great way to celebrate fatherhood while learning and teaching new skills to your children.
Jump-in/LifeSkills is a Bible-based non-denominational ministry with the befief that family is essential and male role models in children’s lives are important. During this weekend we believe special life long memories will be made between dad’s and father figures and their kids. We hope you can join us for this special celebration of being a Dad.
